1) Good Communication, Writing, and Organizational Skills
2) Computer / Internet Knowledge
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Responsibilities Include, But are not Limited To:
1) Answering Phones
2) Maintaining files and filing/ Scanning/Data Entry
3) Scheduling Meetings, Organizing Calendars
4) Billing, AP/AR
5) Assisting supervisors with all other duties assigned
